Price information Apartments

The indicated prices are per accommodation unit and night without board, including the use of the swimming pool, sauna and fitness room and including statutory VAT. Not included in the price is the local tax of €1.70 – €2.20 per night and person over 14 years.

Reductions & Supplements

  • Breakfast from the buffet: €24 per person/night | €9 per child (from 4 to 10 years) and night
  • ¾ Board (breakfast, cake buffet in the afternoon, 4-course dinner): €55 per person/night | €27.50 per child (from 4 to 10 years) and night
  • For your four-legged family member (dog) we charge 21,00 € per night, without food. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant & terrace (during meal times), garden, pool & wellness area. Our houseeeping team appreciates if you bring a blanket or a basket for your dog.

Booking information

Deposit
To confirm the booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 10 % by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining amount will be charged directly at the accommodation on site. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be converted into a voucher for a later stay by arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your stay at the Tirolensis, please inform us as soon as possible. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code – nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellation at least 15 days before arrival: free of charge. The deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellation 14 days up to 7 days before arrival: 30 % of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • Cancellation 6 days up to 1 day prior arrival, in case of early departure or late arrival: 80 % of the agreed daily rate per unused day will be charged.
  • In case of no-show: 100 % of the agreed total price will be charged.

If you have to cancel your stay due to unforeseeable regulations by COVID-19 (e.g. closure of national borders), we grant a free cancellation up to one day before the planned arrival. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
